These components are deployed in today's 1310nm and 1490 nm APD-TIA GEPON applications. They demonstrate excellent reliability in the 0 to 85°C temperature environment, are compatible with the IEEE 802.3ah GE-PON 1000BASE-PX20 standard and meet the demands of today's contract manufacturing environment.
